I never do reviews but Garrett did an amazing job at my initial pest control service. He was very communicative before and during my treatment. I really liked that he called to give me an estimate on his arrival time. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it during my treatment. He was even kind enough to remove a dead mouse that had been stuck to a glue board for many, many years in my attic. For some reason, our other pest guy left it up there and I wasn’t touching it. I appreciated how very thorough he was and how great he was with my dogs. I’m so glad I decided to give LaJaunie’s a call and now they have a customer for life. I highly recommend LaJaunie’s for all of your pest control needs. Thank you again Garrett!

I had a fantastic experience!! From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and professional. They scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time. The technician, Dijon, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the treatment plan and answer all my questions.

Ashton was very professional and informative. He went the extra mile to address all of our concerns. In addition, he explained the process carefully to my mom and put all her fears at ease. Ashton even located the possible source of infiltration caused by a faulty installation of a walk in tub. I would definitely recommend him as a service technician to anyone interested in receiving pest control services in the future.
