This company saved me! They were so quick to answer and they were at my house within a couple hours of calling. The woman I spoke to on the phone to schedule an appointment, Ronica, was so kind and answered all my questions. My tech, Taylor, braved a New Orleans flood day to come get me taken care of and she was so cool and so nice! I felt very comfortable and confident with her in my home. She was super knowledgeable and easy going and I feel so much better knowing someone who cares about the outcome was there to get my problems solved.

Eric was very professional and very fast. I shook his hand upon his arrival and upon his departure. So far my experience with LaJaunie's has been more than 5 star.
