Noelle was amazing, very thorough, helpful, explained each item in depth, very knowledgeable and professional. She will be the person we use for each inspection we do moving forward. She made the process very easy and made us feel more secure in the inspection. She did multiple inspections across the home and the quality was Top tier. Use her if you want to feel secure when you’re making a large purchase. She will take great care of you. 12/10 recommended.

We had our first service yesterday. The tech (Mason) was there within the window we were given. Mason was very professional and explained everything he was doing and told us about the products. We were very concerned that the products were dog friendly, and both the scheduler and Mason ensured us that they were indeed pet friendly. We are very happy with the service, and with the results that we've seen already. Looking forward to continued service with this great company. Thank you again!

Riley did an awesome job in treating our home for termites, he worked efficiently and cleanly. I feel much more confident in his work than the previous company that had serviced our home for the same problem. Colton walked me through the service prior to Riley do the work…both extremely professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Firehouse for any of your pest needs.

Riley did an excellent job with our termite treatment. He was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about the process. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Overall, a great experience, we really appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail.
